Covid 19 has complicated the operations for many industries. It has been especially difficult for caregiving facilities to train new hires. Connecting people between locations through new delivery methods had to be examined. Kaleidoscope XR in partnership with Bethany Care Society is developing social Virtual Reality platform teaching tool that allows for users to role-play as caregivers and residents going through serious illness in front a class of nurses. This will teach trainees best practices in an interactive environment.
